Training sessions
Our regular training times are:
- Monday 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM Free Training
- Wednesday 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM Endurance Training
- Thursday 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM Tempo Training
During regular free training sessions, you can train individually or with club members, without a program. For endurance and tempo training, an NSSV FEL trainer has prepared a challenging workout. These training programs offer a perfect balance of strength, endurance, and technique; everything you need as a survival runner to achieve your goals.
Besides the training times listed above, free training sessions are also offered regularly.
An experienced NSSV FEL trainer is present at all training sessions, both during free and regular training sessions. Feel free to ask them for tips and/or new techniques.

Weather conditions
Training will be cancelled if the weather conditions are code orange or red. If the weather conditions are yellow, the trainer will decide whether or not to proceed. The trainer’s decision is final.
Levels:
- A – Beginner
- B – Semi-Advanced
- C – Advanced
Caution: Training outside of regular training sessions and without SBN membership is at your own risk! NSSV FEL is not liable for any injuries during these times.
