A clinic can be requested for a company outing, family day, sports day, or other sporting challenge. Under the guidance of our trainers, you’ll learn the basics of survival running. The clinic starts with a FEL warm-up, after which you’ll be introduced to the (basic) techniques of climbing and have time to practice the survival elements. The program can be customized to your needs, so both inexperienced and experienced athletes can get the most out of the clinic. The ultimate goal is for the group to conquer the obstacles together!
Clinics can be requested on Saturdays and Sundays. Would you prefer a weekday clinic? We can schedule it in consultation with you. However, it’s less certain our trainers will be available.
There are two options for the duration of the clinic:
Please note: Archery is suitable for ages 10 and up, and wood chopping is only permitted for participants aged 18 and older.
These sports require some strength and exertion, so we don’t recommend a longer clinic. Looking for something specific or slightly different? Feel free to contact us, and we can discuss the possibilities!
To schedule a clinic, please fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page. For other questions, please contact clinics@nssvfel.nl.
We have a one-week cancellation period for clinics. This is because we have to reserve our grounds for clinics, and our trainers reserve this time specifically for them. If you cancel within this period, we will charge a fee.*
The clinic will only be cancelled if the code is orange or red. If the code is yellow, the trainer will decide whether the clinic can go ahead. You will then be contacted. The trainer’s decision is final.
*75% of the full clinic fee will be charged according to the applicable rates. An invoice for this amount will be sent. Within this period, you can propose an alternative date for the clinic, provided the date has been agreed upon. In this case, a fee of €10 will be charged per trainer. This will always amount to a minimum of €20, as the goal is to have the clinic led by at least two trainers. In addition, the full amount for the clinic on the alternative date must be paid.
We recommend wearing long athletic pants, preferably tight-fitting ones without zippers. It’s also a good idea to wear athletic shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty. When choosing your outerwear, pay attention to the outside temperature; if in doubt, it’s always a good idea to bring a sweater. If it gets too hot, you can always take it off.
